Shipping Information

At checkout, customers receive several shipping options from which they may choose. Please note that one option is for free store pick-up.

Southern Home & Kitchen works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are currently processed Monday through Friday. Some items may be sent directly from the supplier and may take longer; if this is the case, customers will be informed as quickly as possible about the delay. Customers will also be notified of any out of stock merchandise. Southern Home & Kitchen strives to ensure customers receive the item(s) as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Southern Home & Kitchen currently does not offer free shipping, unless the customer selects the store pick-up option.


Returns & Exchanges


Southern Home & Kitchen is happy to offer cash back (or credit, depending on the method of original payment) for items returned within 24 hours of the original receipt.

Southern Home & Kitchen offers store credit for all returns that take place within 30 days of the original receipt. Exchanges are also offered on items within 30 days of the original receipt.

If a customer does not have a receipt and Southern Home & Kitchen cannot find proof of purchase, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items purchased at a sale price are non-returnable. This applies to special offers, promotional pricing, sidewalk sales, and discounted items. This does not apply to full-store discounts (e.g. 5th Saturday Sales days).

All cooking classes are final sale.

All special orders (i.e. the item is paid for ahead of time and specially ordered for a customer) are final sale.

All personalized items are final sale.
