The menu will include Tropical slaw with pineapple and coconut, chickpea stew, cauliflower & potatoes, Paalak paneer (spinach & cottage cheese), creamy mushroom & peas with fenu greek, aromatic mint flavored vegetable pilaf, naan, and almond pudding.
