Enjoy the familiar tandoori chicken and naan bread, as we introduce you to the spicy coconut fish curry from the malabar coast, the minced shrimp patty from Mumbai, lamb cooked in spinach from central India, and pan seared shrimp with a squeeze of lime.....yum-yum. This culinary experience will open doors to the world of complex Indian food and flavors.
