HOW TO COOK WITH CAST IRON THE SOUTHERN WAY

This cast iron class will showcase some Southern dishes. We’ll start the meal with some Kentucky State Fair prize-winning rolls followed by braised kale with bacon and onions. The main entree will be skillet roasted chicken with rosemary and garlic. We’ll end the meal with a fresh peach crumb coffee cake! Yum!
