The menu tonight includes Petite Duck Hand Pies with Pomegranate & Roasted Beet Aioli, Oysters: Southern Style with Citrus, Pickled Red Onions & Fennel Salad, Chicken & "Dumplings" composed of Chicken Confit, Ricotta Gnudi & Saffron Cream Sauce, and a Vanilla Crème Brulee.
