CAST IRON COOKING WITH AN ASIAN TWIST

Come learn to cook Asian foods the cast iron way! We’ll start out with spicy honey and ginger shrimp and pan-fried egg rolls. This will be followed by a cast iron vegetable teriyaki stir fry. The entrée will be chicken thighs cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce and topped with scallions and sesame seeds.
