Working in teams of 2, you will prepare seafood using different techniques and flavors. Tonight’s menu includes cod in parchment with coconut milk and Thai flavors, salmon in puff pastry with mustard sauce, shrimp étouffée and seared Salmon Provencal. The class will share dinner and wine after all dishes are prepared. You will earn various techniques and leave with new recipes!
