ARABIAN NIGHTS: VEGETARIAN TOUR OF THE MIDDLE EAST

This is vegetarian food lovers’ paradise, though even carnivores will enjoy these recipes! We will begin our vegetarian feast with lentil soup and falafel, and then taste the Lebanese version of spanakopita and the Turkish version of eggplant Parmesan. We will enjoy Syrian pilaf and stuffed peppers, and finally we will end with vermicelli & cheese pancakes doused with lemony rose syrup.
